     Leaders of the House of Representatives on Monday thumbed down a proposal by Energy Secretary Angelo Reyes to give emergency powers to President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo to address the power crisis in Mind.

    “I think he has enough powers as energy secretary to act on the crisis. I see no need for it,” Speaker Prospero Nograles said in a text message.

The Municipality of Maayon  Capiz is beautiful place because they have a park, civic center and church  if you can visit to maayon park there so many beautiful scenery you can see.
